Directions: 

• Remove eye mask from the satchet and unfold it, it will start to heat up as soon as it opens so use immediately
• Open the straps and loop around the ears to secure
• Make sure eyes are closed when applying 
• Leave on for 20-30 minutes

Precautions: 

• Do not use if sealing bag is torn or broken
• Do not use with eye injuries 
• Do not use eye drops 20 minutes before and after use
• Remove contact lenses before use
• Remove right away if any irritation for discomfort develops
• Discard after use
