The Neutralizer Cream is an essential second step in the Thuya lash lift and brow lamination procedure. This Cream works to set the new shape of the hair while preserving new bonds during the lifting process. This ensures that the brows and lashes retain their lifted shape. It repairs the keratin chain and neutralizes the pH level of the skin and hair, which means a longer lasting eyebrow shape. The conditioning agents keep the hair soft and silky. 

It features a creamy texture that prevents any leakage and makes it easier to apply. The white colour allows for better visibility and control during application, and its texture makes the experience more comfortable and safe for clients. 

The amount of Neutralizer cream should be equal to the amount of Permanent gel used during Step 1.

HOW TO USE

The amount of Permanent Gel should be equal to the amount of Neutralizer Cream used during Step 1.
